Sorry to see you go! Before closing, make sure your balance is at £0 — transfer any remaining funds to another account first. Then go to Profile → Account → Close Account and confirm. Any active Pots, cards, and Direct Debits will be cancelled automatically as part of the process. Your account data is retained for a period as required by financial regulations, then deleted per our Privacy Policy — you can request a copy of your data before closing if you'd like a record.
