How to verify your identity (KYC)

As a regulated fintech, we're required to confirm who you are before fully activating your account — this is standard across all banks, not just us. You'll be asked to snap a photo of a valid ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) and take a quick selfie to match. It's usually reviewed within minutes, though it can occasionally take up to 24 hours. If it's rejected, the most common reasons are a blurry photo or an expired document — try again with good lighting and a flat surface.
