Setting up and managing Direct Debits

To set up a Direct Debit, share your Apex account number and sort code (found under Account → Account Details) with whoever you're paying — they'll take it from there. Once it's active, you'll see all your Direct Debits listed under Payments → Direct Debits, where you can also cancel one anytime with a single tap. We'll send you a notification a few days before each payment goes out, so there are never any surprises.
